TÜBINGEN. Einer Fußstreife des Polizeireviers Tübingen fiel gestern Abend um 23.30 Uhr an einer Haltestelle am Busbahnhof eine männliche Person bei einer Personengruppe stehend auf, die vermutlich gerade einen Joint rauchte.
